The Job Changes People.                              That Doesn't Mean You're Broken.

Most first responders & military personnel don't reach out because they think they should be able to handle it on their own.

You were trained to stay calm during chaos, push through discomfort & keep moving when others cannot.

These skills make you exceptional at your job.
They can also make it difficult to recognize when stress, trauma, grief, burnout or emotional exhaustion have begun to take a toll.
Counselling isn't about convincing you something is wrong with you.
It's about helping you understand the impact of what you've been carrying & giving you practical tools to move forward.

Meet Scott

Supporting First Responders, Military Members & Veterans

Scott understands the challenges of this work often extend far beyond a single critical incident. Years of exposure to trauma, high pressure environments, shift work & the expectation to always be "the strong one" can begin to affect sleep, relationships, mood & overall well-being.

Scott works with first responders, military members, veterans & healthcare professionals who are navigating PTSD, trauma, anxiety, burnout, stress, anger, relationship challenges & major life transitions. His approach is practical, down to earth & focused on helping people better understand what's happening beneath the surface while developing tools that create meaningful change.

Whether you're dealing with a recent event, the cumulative weight of years on the job or simply feeling like you're not quite yourself anymore, Scott provides a supportive space to talk openly & work towards feeling more grounded & in control.

You don't need to wait until things are falling apart to reach out. Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is give yourself the same support you provide to everyone else.
